Ideagen is recruiting for a Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics & Insights. This is a critical hands-on role supporting the next phase of our accelerated growth. You will partner with the Chief Strategy Officer and Marketing Leadership, managing the commercial marketing insights team. You will be a trusted advisor, presenting and visualizing data that will drive positive outcomes.

You will take responsibility for central marketing analysis and ensure that a data-driven approach is front and center to marketing engagement and activity. You will ensure that marketing outcomes are aligned to sales goals and have a keen eye on improving processes that drive efficient, quality pipeline generation.

Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Marketing Leadership team to formulate and execute marketing strategies that align with the organisation's overall business objectives.
  2. Establish and manage a reporting cadence that includes the efficient distribution of insights, scorecards, and essential intelligence regarding funnel performance, pipeline generation, bookings, budget management, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and Return on Investment (ROI).
  3. Create executive-level visualisations and presentations that effectively communicate analytical findings.
  4. Serve as a subject matter expert for Marketing Analysis & Insights; work in partnership with both central and regional marketing teams.
  5. Develop and monitor marketing KPIs and insights for Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Business Reviews, leveraging tools such as Power BI, Clari, and Salesforce reporting.
  6. Apply the Backwards Sales Plan methodology to provide insights that help identify effective marketing activities aligned with regional goals.
  7. Take a leadership role within the revenue operations team to ensure alignment of sales and marketing pipeline goals while fostering an environment of continuous improvement, growth, and development.
Skills and Experience
  1. Experience in an operational role supporting senior marketing management within a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment; experience in private equity-backed companies is an advantage.
  2. Operational experience in a multi-product and multi-market context.
  3. Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes and methodologies, coupled with exceptional organisational skills.
  4. Proven ability to act as a business partner with a service mentality, influencing and collaborating effectively with various stakeholders.
  5. A demonstrated enthusiasm for data analytics and business intelligence.
  6. Proficient in Excel with excellent analytical skills; attention to detail is critical.
  7. Previous experience with Power BI is advantageous.
  8. Outstanding written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
  9. Proven track record of influencing and driving results in partnership with marketing leaders.
