Uptime Institute Intelligence is the independent research arm of Uptime Institute, a global authority on data centers and digital infrastructure. We support and inform our members and subscribers across the world through written research, advisory sessions and meetings.
Our research areas cover risk and resiliency, operations, technological innovation, economics, sustainability, and market dynamics.
We are now seeking an experienced professional to strengthen our coverage on mechanical and electrical equipment in the data centers and related critical infrastructure. The successful candidate will be expected to:
The successful candidate will have strong written English, have experience in either data centers, related fields of engineering, or in teaching/writing/consulting on mechanical/electrical topics.
An understanding of the data center industry is strongly preferred. The ability to travel, and to occasionally attend events, clients and Uptime offices in various countries, is important.
The position may be based remotely or (partially) at one of Uptime Institute’s offices in New York, Dubai or London.
