I am seeking a Head of Operations to join a leading Automotive manufacturing organisation in Minworth. This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations, driving efficiency, and ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and delivery. You will be instrumental in optimising processes, managing budgets, and developing high-performing teams to achieve operational excellence.

Job Description

• Leadership & Strategy – Full responsibility for manufacturing operations at the Minworth Plant, driving operational excellence and aligning with business objectives.
• Health, Safety & Compliance – Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, environmental, and quality standards to maintain a safe and efficient workplace.
• Team Development & Management – Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Operational Efficiency & Cost Control – Implement best practices, manage budgets, and drive productivity to optimise performance and reduce costs.
• Stakeholder & Project Management – Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations, customer satisfaction, and business growth.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading manufacturing operations, driving strategic initiatives, and achieving operational excellence.
• Previous experience working within an Automotive manufacturing organisation.
