What you will do:

1. Perform operational lab work across key disciplines, including Biochemistry, Haematology/BT, Histopathology, and Microbiology.
2. Collaborate with the team to undertake and support LIMS and EPR project work.
3. Ensure accurate and efficient processing of laboratory samples.
4. Contribute to the maintenance and development of quality systems within the laboratory.
5. Utilize your expertise to support and mentor junior staff members as needed.
