Estimator

Job role:

We are searching for a skilled Estimator who will be responsible for creating customised estimates, which includes material costs, labor costs and initial budget for each project. Responsibilities:

• Prepares clear and concise estimates by including all necessary information like prints, RFIs and specs
• Generates preliminary construction schedule
• Establishes and maintains subcontractor and vendor relationship
• Communicates with team and trade partners on new and upcoming projects
• Analyzes data and produces forecasts
• Reviews progress and prepares periodic reports for management
• Performs risk analysis

Requirements:

• Proven experience working as an Estimator or in a similar position within the PAINTING AND DECORATING INDUSTRY
• General construction experience a plus
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Tech-savvy and proficient in MS Office and popular construction software like Timberline
• Familiar with inspector guidelines and safety precautions
