Site Manager

Anderselite are hiring a Site Manager for a PV Retrofit project. This is a four-week contract, ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and previous experience managing solar or PV panel installations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the safe and efficient installation of PV panels
- Managing site teams and subcontractors
- Ensuring all work meets quality, safety, and project deadlines
- Coordinating materials, deliveries, and progress reporting
- Enforcing health and safety regulations and RAMS compliance

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on PV or solar projects
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple stakeholders
