Job description

Evolve are partnering with a blue chip pharmaceutical organisation who are currently searching for a Contracts Team Leader to join their Sales and Marketing team. The Contracts Team leader will manage the tendered and contracted business elements of their product portfolio and will line manage a team of Contract Co-Ordinators and Bid Writers.


This is a full time position based at their head office in the North West.

Salary & Benefits: Up to £38,000 basic salary plus £8k bonus, pension, role specific tailored training and development plan plus more!


Ideal Requirements for a Contracts Team Leader
  1. Must have previous experience of managing Bid Writers.
  2. Experience of managing complex public sector tenders, preferably NHS but other industries will be considered.

Role Responsibilities for a Contracts Team Leader
  1. Manage a team of Associate Contracts Co-ordinators, Contracts Co-ordinators and Bid Writers.
  2. Ensure a high standard and consistent approach is taken with all tenders to improve tender success.
  3. Ensure the systems and processes are in place to ensure pricing accuracy for all customers.
