We're hiring a Lead Research Scientist to drive innovation in multi-agent AI, NLP, and reinforcement learning. Our cutting-edge system powers real-time AI-driven process control for industrial applications. As a lead researcher, you’ll define research strategies, mentor junior scientists, and develop next-generation AI models.

What You’ll Do

1. Conduct cutting-edge research in NLP, multi-agent AI, and self-supervised learning.
2. Develop scalable AI solutions for real-world industrial applications.
3. Lead and mentor a growing team of researchers.
4. Publish in top AI conferences (ICML, NeurIPS, etc.).

What We’re Looking For

1. PhD or equivalent experience in Machine Learning, NLP, or related fields.
2. Proven expertise in NLP, reinforcement learning, and multi-agent systems.
3. Track record of high-impact research (top-tier AI conference publications).
4. Passion for turning research into deployable AI solutions.
