Excellent opportunity for an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor to join a leading Court of Protection team based in Exeter.

The successful candidate will provide representation to clients within the Mental Capacity Act, managing property and affairs, deputyships, trust management, tax affairs, and applications to the Court of Protection.

You will be a qualified solicitor with at least 1 year PQE in Court of Protection work. Exceptional client care skills and experience in a fast-paced environment are essential. Ideally, you will be STEP qualified; however, studies will be supported by the firm if you are not.
