This role is pivotal in accelerating the social presence, leading the creative strategy, and implementing innovative social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement creative social media strategies to drive engagement, increase conversions, and elevate our brand presence across all platforms (website, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).
  2. Manage paid and organic social campaigns, overseeing both paid and organic efforts while focusing on key metrics and performance to ensure optimal results.
  3. Oversee and implement content creation, leading the creation of engaging content across various formats, including videos, graphics, and written posts. Collaborate closely with video editors and other content creators to ensure high-quality output.
  4. Manage social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), ensuring consistent, high-quality content that aligns with our brand voice and objectives.
  5. Collaborate with the team, working closely with the founders and other team members to get approval on content and strategies, fostering a collaborative environment to ensure alignment with our overall brand strategy.

Your Skills:

  1. Specialist talent in e-commerce, preferably with experience in leading fitness and lifestyle brands.
  2. Strong creative eye with a focus on increasing brand awareness through innovative and engaging content.
  3. Knowledgeable in content creation across various formats, including visual and written media.
  4. Experience managing social media campaigns and channels, with a proven track record of success.
  5. Ability to work hands-on in strategy development and implementation, developing and implementing effective social media strategies.
  6. An understanding of how paid social campaigns work and how to optimise them for maximum impact.
  7. Ability to stay up to date with trends and algorithms across social channels.
