The Role

We’re now seeking a Group Estates & Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across our UK office sites — ensuring buildings are clean, safe, secure, and fully compliant.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead the delivery of efficient facilities operations in our office in Stratford, plus oversee other locations.
  2. Manage contracts for cleaning, security, maintenance, utilities, and property services.
  3. Ensure full compliance with health & safety, building regulations, and fire safety requirements.

Key Skills

  1. Strong multi-site facilities management experience.
  2. Knowledge of health & safety regulations and building compliance standards.
  3. Proven ability to manage suppliers, contracts, and budgets effectively.
