Are you interested in supporting the founder of a purpose-driven consultancy at the forefront of regenerative design and marketing practices?

About the C Collective

We’re a London-based consultancy helping like-minded entrepreneurs and business leaders scale their solutions and transform their businesses for net positive impact and resilience.

Our services include user research, user experience and service design, marketing strategy and implementation support.

Our clients are mainly purpose-led start-ups in the early stages of their journey. We also occasionally work with non-profits.

During our first 5 years, we’ve worked with dozens of clients in the UK, France, Italy, The Netherlands, and the US. We’ve built a small but mighty team of experts through leadership, events, and solid credentials. We are now on the lookout for mission-led students or graduates interested in learning about various aspects of running a boutique consultancy.

The Role:

A founder’s associate is a multi-faceted role supporting the founding team on various tasks from operations, research, marketing, sales, project management, and client work.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support marketing activities, events, content production, and social media management.
  • Participate in desktop research for client projects.
  • Assist the team in putting together proposals.
  • Organize internal communications and information sharing.
  • Respond to client requests.
  • Organize meetings, attend team meetings, and follow up on actions.

Key Skills and Attitudes:

  • A genuine interest in working in the social and environmental impact space.
  • Ability to quickly assimilate information and connect the dots.
  • Proactive approach to work with a willingness to gain autonomy.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and other productivity tools.
  • Good eye for design and storytelling.
  • Experience in marketing and communications is a plus.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate in remote settings.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Duration:

2 months minimum, ideally 4 months.

10 to 20 hours a week.

Location:

Remote, with occasional meetings in London if possible at our Impact Hub Euston office.

Compensation depends on hours and experience.
