This role is an integral part of our growing FP&A function and provides key support to the continued growth of the group. You will work in close partnership with the finance business partner to provide comprehensive financial reporting and analysis which will support commercial decisions for the business. You will drive continuous process improvement to develop efficiencies and smarter processes wherever possible. The role is predominantly revenue focused and provides great exposure to members of the Kalibrate executive leadership team.

What you'll do

• Report to the Head of FP&A
• Support the delivery of timely and comprehensive financial reporting and analysis, including but not limited to month-end Management Accounts and KPIs, Bi-annual re-forecasting and Annual Budgeting.
• Work with crucial overhead budget holders to ensure expenditure is monitored against budget and any significant variance, risk or opportunity is reported to the Kalibrate Exec Team.
• Provide support and assistance with year-end audits as required.
• Support the Head of FP&A in the delivery of regular & ad-hoc outputs.
• Proactively analysing company data to highlight trends, opportunities and threats.
• Whilst this role is predominantly cost-focused, there will also be an opportunity to work across other areas of the P&L, including revenue variance analysis.
• Actively contributes to continuous improvement of critical processes for controls, effectiveness and efficiency.

Salary: £30k - £35k (dependent on experience) + Competitive Benefits + Study Support Package

Job Requirements

• Competent in the use of excel modelling
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of accountancy and reporting standards
• Prior experience in a Finance role
• Experience working in a fast-paced organisation
• Experience as a revenue analyst with knowledge of revenue recognition accounting standards.
• Experience working in multi-currency
• Experience in working with ERP and CRM systems.
