MOT Tester - Self Employed/Employed

Experienced MOT Tester (Minimum 2 years experience) who has a successful track record in a workshop environment required for 5* Rated Garage in Cardiff.

Your job id to ensure all vehicles are inspected according to Ministry standards and that you ensure class 4 vehicles meet the legal obligations of our approved MOT centre.

You must be confident in all aspects of vehicle maintenance, you will have a good approach to customer service, and you will need to hold NVQ levels 2 /3 or equivalent in a relevant vehicle maintenance subject.

• A valid/current Class 4 MOT testing licence and a current SMART Card.
• A valid full UK driving licence with no more than 3 points.
• 2 Years recent MOT testing experience.
• Ability to work as part of a team and a genuine commitment to delivering first-class customer service.
• Have a ‘can do attitude’ and always looking to upskill and learn.
• Flexible, Multi-skilled and someone who can work to agreed timescales.

Self Employed/Employed Options Available - 5 days a week.

Desirable - English and Maths at grades A*-C.

Experienced in Microsoft Word/Excel.
