If so, we're looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner to provide a crucial role in aligning finance with the new strategy, driving insightful decision-making, and supporting pioneering research and development projects for this ambitious charity. This is a contract position that will provide additional resource until November.

This forward-thinking organisation is dedicated to advancing innovation in healthcare and life sciences. As part of the high-performing Finance Team, you'll partner with key business leaders, providing expert financial planning, forecasting, and governance to support high-impact projects.

Your role:

• Work closely with business leaders to plan and deliver key research and development initiatives.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning for assigned portfolio.
• Develop financial models, investment appraisals, and business cases to support strategic decision-making.
• Drive cost control and compliance, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
• Influence key stakeholders with data-driven insights, balancing financial sustainability with long-term impact.

What you'll bring:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with significant post-qualification experience.
• Proven expertise in business partnering & stakeholder management ideally within the charity/non-profit sectors.
• Highly analytical mindset with strong financial modelling skills.
• Ability to translate financial data into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence at all levels.
• Preferred: Experience in financial management of projects, particularly in clinical trials or drug development.
