Job Title: Social Media Marketing Specialist

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic Social Media specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in driving our brand’s digital presence.
Position Overview:
The Social Media Executive will be a key player in N.Peal’s digital strategy, managing social media channels, influencer partnerships, and content creation. This is a multifaceted role that requires expertise in social media management, influencer relations, and photo and video editing using tools like Photoshop or Canva. The ideal candidate will be based in London, working independently, and traveling around the city to collaborate with our stores. Additionally, the role involves close collaboration with the Head of E-commerce and the team at our head office in North Yorkshire, with monthly travel to the head office required.
Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management:
- Oversee and manage N.Peal’s social media channels, including content planning, posting, and reporting.
- Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with brand goals and drives engagement and growth across all platforms.
- Monitor social media trends and competitors, adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Influencer Management:- Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers to enhance brand visibility and reach.
- Coordinate influencer campaigns, from negotiation and briefing to execution and performance analysis.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of influencer partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
Content Planning and Organisation:- Plan and organise the social media content calendar at least a month in advance, ensuring timely scheduling and execution across all platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align social content with broader marketing initiatives and seasonal campaigns.
Photo and Video Editing and Content Creation:- Create visually appealing content for social media using photo and video editing tools such as Photoshop and Canva.
- Produce, edit, and optimise video content for social media, ensuring it meets platform-specific requirements and engages the target audience.
- Collaborate with the in-house team and stores to capture and edit high-quality images and videos that reflect the brand's luxury aesthetic.
- Ensure all content is on-brand and consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice.
Requirements:
- Experience: 4-5 years of experience in social media management, influencer marketing, and photo editing preferable within the fashion, luxury, or lifestyle sectors.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in photo editing software like Photoshop, Canva, or similar applications is essential.
- Planning and organisation: Strong planning and organisational skills with experience in managing content calendars and scheduling ahead of time.
- Independence: Ability to work independently, managing time effectively, and traveling around London as needed.
- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work closely with the Head of E-commerce, store teams, and the head office in North Yorkshire.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating compelling content.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel to the head office in North Yorkshire once a month.
Location:
This role is based remotely in London, with regular travel required around the city to collaborate with stores. Monthly travel to the N.Peal head office in the Broughton Hall Estate near Skipton, Yorkshire, is also expected.
