The Role

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will be working closely with class teachers to support learning across Key Stage 2. You will assist in delivering engaging lessons, run small group interventions, and provide one-to-one support to pupils who may need extra help with literacy and numeracy. This is a hands-on role where you will be able to build strong relationships with children and play a key part in their academic and personal development.

The Candidate

This role is perfect for a recent graduate who is passionate about education and looking to gain school-based experience. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to get involved in all aspects of school life are essential. Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential.
