Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide outstanding customer service, going above and beyond to meet and exceed sales targets.
2. Actively engage with customers, demonstrating excellent product knowledge and sharing your love for our client's fabulous range.
3. Keep the store looking top-notch with impeccable display standards and a tidy, organised environment.
4. Collaborate with the Store Manager, Deputy Manager, and Retail Operations team to ensure smooth operations.
5. Safeguard company assets, including cash, stock, equipment, and premises.
6. Prioritise health and safety, following company policies to create a safe workplace for all.

Required Skills:

1. Proven experience in retail, with a solid understanding of sales techniques and customer service best practices.
2. Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays.
3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accurate stock levels and completing audits.
5. Ability to learn quickly and stay up-to-date with product knowledge through training and seeking out additional information.
