THE ROLE

We are looking for Security Cleared Management Consultants on a contract basis for a variety of Public Sector focused projects based mainly in London. You’ll have a strong background in organisational strategy and transformation and will be used to working in fast-paced, complex environments within this arena. You’ll be customer-focused and will partner with our clients, as well as being curious and having a can-do attitude to ensure the best outcome.

You’ll have SC Clearance with Management Consulting experience, focusing on the day-to-day workstream delivery, and have demonstrable capability in senior stakeholder management, organisation transformation, human operating model design, and strategic communication. We are looking for individuals relatively new to consulting (i.e., 3+ years).
