Our brand is ambitious and growing fast. We’ve recently moved into a new office and warehouse on the edge of Exeter (3x the size of our previous space).

The role:

This is an exciting opportunity to have a big impact on a small but high growth brand. Pulling on your wealth of industry expertise, you’ll be super organised and obsessive over detail, ensuring all product is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest of standards.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing the full production process from development through to delivery
• Creating Tech Packs and Specs with high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Juggling timelines, costings, negotiations and critical path management
• Working with the wider team to ensure all product specs and samples are on point
• Problem-solving production challenges with a can-do attitude and a smile
• Managing timelines and ensuring all deadlines are met
• Test quality of product and fabric samples (wash tests, all day wear test etc.) to ensure that the fabrics and product samples are of excellent quality
• Review each product for style, fit, and revise if necessary
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with our factories – clear, confident and fair

Required skills and experience:

• Have a meticulous eye for detail and an unwavering appreciation for achieving the very best quality
• At least 3 + year’s experience in a similar position
• Sound understanding of fabrics
• Know your way around critical paths
• An excellent communicator – great with people
• Enjoy working in a fun, fast-moving environment

Hours:

Part time, four days a week.

Location:

You’ll need to be located within a commutable distance to our Exeter office.
