As National Tax Administrative Assistant, you will provide a high standard of administrative support, playing an important role in the smooth running of the busy team. This is a national role and can be based out of the following offices: Birmingham, Bristol, Cambridge, Gatwick, Guildford, Leicester, Milton Keynes, Nottingham, Reading, Southampton.

You'll make an impact by:

  1. Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support for projects and the wider team, including document formatting and responding to invitations.
  2. Drafting, formatting, and producing high-quality reports and presentations adhering to firm branding (PowerPoint & Word).
  3. Managing diaries, organising meetings, preparing agendas, taking notes, and following up on action points.
  4. Prioritising tasks to meet deadlines, maintaining electronic file systems, and updating intranet pages.
  5. Performing additional administrative duties as requested by the National Tax Team.
