We are working with this award-winning multi-purpose retail outlet with several venues across the South of England, each venue has a large, high-volume on-site restaurant. These restaurants provide Breakfast and Lunch dining, operating between the core hours of 9am to 5pm on Monday to Saturday and between 10:00am and 4:00pm on a Sunday.
The venue offers full breakfast service until 11.30am and then an array of hot-food, served counter style, which includes fresh pizzas, home-cooked pies, and an on-site carvery.
As Sous Chef, we are looking for someone who has gained some management experience in a busy kitchen environment and can control the food operation, ensuring consistency across service and manage a brigade of over 12 chefs. Working closely with the Head Chef and Restaurant Manager, you will:
