Job Description

As the Part Time Recruitment Consultant - Perm or 12 month FTC, you will be responsible for:

Communicating with candidates and clients
Generating & chasing leads
Building lasting relationships with candidates and clients
Business developement - meeting existing and new clients
Sharing commercial information across the team
Meeting candidates
Managing candidates and clients through a job process
Offer management
Negotiation of fees/salaries

The Successful Applicant

In order to be considered for the Part Time Recruitment Consultant - Perm or 12 month FTC role, you must:

Have previous sales experience
Be able to commute to the Southampton office multiple times per week
Have excellent communication skills
Be organised and be able to prioritise
Be able to work under pressure
Have a solution focussed mindset
