Job Description

As the Part Time Recruitment Consultant - Perm or 12 month FTC, you will be responsible for:

  • Communicating with candidates and clients
  • Generating & chasing leads
  • Building lasting relationships with candidates and clients
  • Business developement - meeting existing and new clients
  • Sharing commercial information across the team
  • Meeting candidates
  • Managing candidates and clients through a job process
  • Offer management
  • Negotiation of fees/salaries

The Successful Applicant

In order to be considered for the Part Time Recruitment Consultant - Perm or 12 month FTC role, you must:

  • Have previous sales experience
  • Be able to commute to the Southampton office multiple times per week
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be organised and be able to prioritise
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Have a solution focussed mindset
