Salary: £53,800 + overtime

4 on 4 off days and nights (12 hours)

Location: Enfield

We are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer who must be competent both electrically and mechanically at our large, ever-growing site in Enfield. As a business, they manufacture many well-known products that are a staple of British culture. The Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer will be enrolled on an individually tailored training program which takes engineers through training checkpoints. Training is a core principle within the business as this company promotes a coaching and development culture that allows Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineers to progress their technical knowledge. Continuous improvement is at the forefront of this company, and the successful Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer will be able to get involved in projects on some innovative machinery. Our client is the largest manufacturing company in this sector in the UK, with sites across the UK, Europe, and the Rest of the World. The Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer will be required to work a 4 on 4 off days and nights shift pattern.

Skills required for the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer:

1. Previous experience in a factory
2. The Maintenance Engineer will need to have an ELECTRICAL BIAS
3. The Maintenance Engineer will need to have a recognised engineering qualification.
4. Any PLC knowledge is beneficial
5. The Maintenance Engineer will need to be happy to work a 4 on 4 off days and nights shift pattern
