About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior HR Business Partner to join us for a 3-month fixed term contract starting in September 2023. This role could be ideal for someone who is currently an HR Adviser looking to step up into their first business partnering role.
You will work as a Junior HRBP on all areas of HR and will be required to support organisational change and restructure processes, give advice on HR generalist issues including sickness absence, disciplinary, grievance, performance management and capability, etc. You will hold and manage a caseload of Employee Relations (ER) cases and collaborate and liaise as appropriate with key stakeholders to develop and maintain good and effective working relationships.
