We are currently recruiting for an Electrical Supervisor, to join the team at our Engineering client, based in Nottinghamshire.

They are a well-established and market leading engineering contractor, with strong links to the water and nuclear industries.

This role for Electrical Supervisor is field-based and will cover the South East, primarily Kent.

This is a permanent vacancy for Electrical Supervisor. You will be a direct employee from day one.

The Role: Electrical Supervisor

As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for carrying out Electrical works on various sites as instructed by the Project Manager.

1. Install, test, maintain and examine all current carrying equipment up to 1000v ac, 1200v dc.
2. Work on High Voltage systems to 11000v.
3. Installation of MCC panels, motors and other control equipment.
4. Selection and installation of cable handling systems.
5. Fault finding.

The Candidate - YOU!

Must have:

1. Electrical apprenticeship, level 3 Electrical qualification or 18th Edition.
2. Confined Space training (Current).
3. CSCS JIB Card holder.
4. Supervisory experience.

Desirable:

1. First Aid qualifications.
2. Health and Safety trained (IOSH or NEBOSH).
3. HV Qualified, assessed and trained.
4. SMSTS qualified.
5. Have a proven background in the water industry, or gas/oil.
6. 2391 Test and Inspection.
