What you’ll be doing:
As a Learning and Skills Coordinator with the NHBC Commercial Training team, the role will play a crucial role in supporting and guiding apprentices/trainees through their learning journey. Working closely with learners and trainers to ensure they develop the necessary skills, knowledge, behaviours, and experience to succeed in their roles. This role requires a blend of coaching, mentoring, record-keeping and excellent communication skills.
Being a job role that involves coaching others, this opportunity in return offers personal training and development for you to obtain a professional qualification as a Learning and Skills Mentor via the apprenticeship route working in partnership with a leading qualification training body. The Learning & Skills Mentor qualification is Level 4 which is equivalent to a foundation degree or CertHE and is a 12-month programme, with a 3-month End Point Assessment Period.
