Job description

The Chancery Rosewood – opening Summer 2025, is redefining luxury in Mayfair, housed in the former U.S. Embassy and reimagined by Sir David Chipperfield. With 144 suites by Joseph Dirand and a collection of dynamic dining and bar spaces, it’s a place where experiences are curated, conversations flow, and every detail matters.

As an Events Operations Manager, you will be responsible for delivering seamless and extraordinary events that reflect the essence of Rosewood hospitality. From intimate gatherings to grand celebrations, you will lead the operational execution, ensuring each event is flawlessly coordinated, service standards are exceptional, and every guest experience is truly memorable.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee the planning and execution of events, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
  2. Lead, train, and inspire the events team to uphold Rosewood’s high standards of hospitality.
  3. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including culinary, beverage, and sales teams, to create bespoke event experiences.
  4. Manage logistics, staffing, and on-the-day event coordination to ensure seamless execution.
  5. Continuously refine processes and service standards to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

  1. Proven experience in event operations within a luxury hotel or high-end venue.
  2. Strong leadership and organizational skills, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  3. Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
