Ecologist Role:

1. Fieldwork: Plan and conduct surveys, with a focus on protected species and habitats.
2. Project Contribution: Support a range of projects, ensuring high-quality ecological outcomes.
3. Technical Reporting: Prepare detailed, compliant reports for planning and development purposes.
4. Client Interaction: Assist in delivering tailored advice and maintaining strong client relationships.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members and provide guidance to junior staff where needed.

Ecologist Requirements:

1. Qualifications: Degree in ecology or a related field, with CIEEM membership or eligibility.
2. Experience: Proven ability to conduct ecological surveys and contribute to projects.
3. Knowledge: Solid understanding of ecological legislation and survey techniques.
4. Licensing: Possession of or working towards protected species licence(s) is a plus.
