Job description

This post will be required to develop the Service Design Packs (ITIL3) for Voice & Video (V&V) Services. The role will need to interface with Users, Defence Digital Eng Ops staff, and the Fixed connectivity team based in Corsham to develop a service-oriented document set for 'Live Services' as directed by the V&V Product Owner.

Security Clearance: Active DV and sole UK National

Essential:

1. Experience of working within teams that have managed Strategic Networks and Bearer Services.
2. Experience & understanding of the difference between 'Legacy' and 'New' systems and the challenges this presents during transition, particularly for highly secure systems.
3. Ability to work with others in a high-pressure and conflicting priorities environment.
4. Ability to work in a complex environment where security conditions and controls can be difficult to navigate.
5. Previous experience of developing systems, solutions, or services that form a key element of a larger system or capability.
6. V&V experience would be an advantage but not essential.
