About us:

Daniel Owen is an established recruitment consultancy specialising in the placement of quality temporary and permanent workers to all roles in the Built Environment. Working with some of the UK's largest and most respected construction, maintenance and engineering companies.

Responsibilities:

When working as a Fabric Technician you will be required to undertake maintenance and light repairs. Therefore, you will need to be confident when using hand tools and electrical equipment. It is key that you are able to carry out assessments and identify problems as well as action any client maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.

Elements of carpentry, installs, grid ceilings, decorating, and making good are part of the role. You should be competent in basic plumbing, basic electrics, carpentry repairs, and ensuring the facility is kept up to a good standard. Respond to building fabric and grounds emergency repairs as needed and assist colleagues and the team where required. You will be required to complete PPMs and reactive maintenance on this site.

This job role is working in a facility in Guildford, MONDAY - FRIDAY, 08:00 - 17:00. 25 days holiday plus excellent benefits.
