Warehouse Operative, Sherburn in Elmet

Staffline is recruiting for Warehouse Operatives in Sherburn in Elmet.

The rate of pay is:

• £ first 12 weeks
• You also get paid a premium after
• Mon- Fri after 6 pm - 6 am £ per hour
• Sat 6am-6pm £ per hour
• Sat 6pm-6am £ per hour
• Sun 6am-6pm £ per hour
• Sun 6pm-6am £ per hour

Overtime is available at this site and paid time and a half.

This is a full-time role working fixed or rotating shifts, the hours of work are:

• 6am to 2pm
• 2pm to 10pm

Your Time at Work

As a Warehouse Operative, your duties include:

• Order picking at a leading supermarket distribution center
• Using watch straps, scanners or headsets to pick items while loading cages and pallets ready for delivery
• Picking to targets

Some heavy lifting is involved in this role.

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect Warehouse Operative should be punctual, have a keen eye for detail and must have a basic understanding of English both verbal and written.

Experience in a similar role is desirable as a Warehouse Operative/Production Operative, but not essential as full training is provided.
