Purpose of the Role:
The Customer Service and Credit Support role is responsible for managing and reducing outstanding debt while delivering exceptional customer service experiences. In this role, you will need to foster strong relationships and communicate effectively at group level. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in finance, sales, and customer service to drive collections and maintain positive customer relationships.
