Lead Mobile iOS Engineer - Remote - up to £92,000

Halian is currently supporting a multi-national and award-winning organisation who are looking for a talented and experienced Lead Mobile iOS Engineer to join their dynamic team on a permanent basis. As a Lead Mobile iOS Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of high-performance iOS applications. Whilst overseeing multiple teams, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the mobile development strategy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Location: South East/Remote.

Salary: up to £92,000 + competitive benefits, depending on experience.

Requirements:

1. Experience building and shipping large scale iOS applications (Swift).
2. Knowledge of Android (Kotlin).
3. A solid understanding of MVVM and MVP software architectures and functional reactive software architectures including Jetpack Compose and Swift UI.
4. Experience with TDD and pair programming.
5. Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
6. Experience leading engineering decisions in a complex environment and influencing a wide range of stakeholders.
7. Strong understanding of software architecture and architectural patterns, including microservices and event-driven architectures.
8. CI/CD in complex environments.
9. Proven track record of creating highly performance, scalable applications.
10. Must have leadership experience.
