We are looking for a skilled and experienced Risk and Compliance Associate with 4+ years of post-qualification experience to join our client on the South Coast.

In this role you will be working with a great, inclusive team on risk assessments and implementing compliance measures to ensure adherence to relevant regulations and industry standards. Moreover, the candidate will be expected to develop and maintain comprehensive compliance policies and procedures. They will also have to monitor changes in legislation and regulations and advise on the potential impact on the organization. Collaboration with internal teams to provide guidance on risk management and compliance best practices is also a key aspect of the role. Additionally, the candidate will need to support in the development and delivery of risk and compliance training programs for employees, as well as assist in internal and external audits to evaluate the effectiveness of risk management and compliance processes.

Ideal candidates should possess at least 4 years of post-qualification experience in risk and compliance within a private practice or similar setting. They should have a strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to risk and compliance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across various teams is essential. Attention to detail and the ability to analyze complex information to identify potential risks and compliance issues are also necessary. Moreover, professional qualifications such as CCEP, CCEP-I, or equivalent would be advantageous.
