About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager , you’ll be the key point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met while driving retention and growth. Reporting to the Chief Client Officer , you’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams to enhance customer experience, maximise product adoption, and identify expansion opportunities.
