Temporary Admin Assistant
Covent Garden, London
£14 per hour + holiday accrual
Monday - Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Temporary Admin Assistant to join our client's team in Covent Garden. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous administrative experience to contribute to various business areas including Sales, Purchasing, and Administration. The role is ideal for an individual who is organised, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the team with administrative tasks related to ongoing projects.
  • Organise and maintain project documentation and files.
  • Prepare and update spreadsheets, reports, and other documents as required.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of information in compliance databases.
  • Handle any other administrative tasks as assigned by the team.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:

  • Previous administrative experience is essential.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
