Legal Secretary / Administrator at Bross Bennett LLP
Location: Highgate, North London
Full time, Permanent, on-site
Salary: Competitive

At Bross Bennett we are a small, highly regarded, niche family law firm. We are looking for an enthusiastic Legal Secretary/Administrator, with experience of working in a law firm, to join our supportive, collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive admin support to all Partners and Associates
  • Assist with diary management, the setup of Zoom/Teams meetings, conference calls and room bookings
  • Assist Partners and Associates in obtaining and collating client due diligence, as well as file opening and preparing client engagement letters
  • Support with correspondence, preparation of legal documents and client communications
  • Assist the Senior Administrator with monthly billing when required
  • Administrative duties to support the in-house Wills and Probate service
  • Assist in answering the phones and greeting clients

Requirements:

  • Administration experience in a law firm
  • Good numeracy skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • A keen eye for detail with the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure
  • Strong communication skills with ability to liaise confidently with clients and colleagues
  • Experience in audio typing desirable
