Head Waiter / Waitress

Soleado Restaurants is part of Hispania, a group of high-end Spanish restaurants located in London and Brussels. We are currently looking for someone to act as both a Host & Waiter / Head Waiter given the size of the restaurant to join our team. Under the supervision of our Michelin-starred chef, Marcos Morán, our menus are based on traditional Spanish recipes and rated among the best Spanish culinary offers.

Requirements:

1. At least 12 months experience working in a similar restaurant in a similar position.
2. Welcome and accommodate clients on top of the usual duties of a Waiter/Waitress.
3. Deep knowledge of Spanish cuisine and Spanish products such as cheeses, meats, oils, and wines.
4. Fluent in Spanish.
5. The ability to work well within a team.
6. Enthusiastic and looking to develop a successful career in high-end restaurants.
7. Hard worker with the ability to multitask and work well under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
