Base pay range

Salary c£55,000 + Bonus + 6% pension + excellent flexible working (Largely remote)

Sellick Partnership are recruiting for a Financial Accountant in a highly acquisitional financial services organisation, where you will be exposed to the integration of new entities.

As the Financial Accountant, you will own the integration of new entities, implement best practice and ensure effective collaboration across the group. This is a highly visible role so you will partner with senior stakeholders and have the opportunity to develop quickly with enhanced career opportunities.

You will partner with finance teams, IT, Operations and more to ensure continuous improvement following the initial integration of the new acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Own the integration of new entities
• Implement best practices
• Ensure effective collaboration across the group
• Partner with finance teams, IT, Operations, etc.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge, ideally with exposure to FRS 101 although not essential
• Qualified ACCA, ACA, ICAS or qualified by experience
• Ability to work autonomously and a solutions-based mindset
• Ability to business partner and drive processes forward
• Desire to have all-round exposure to integration, month end, reporting
• Experience in integrating companies is not essential

The Finance Accountant (Integration) would suit either a first-time mover from practice (Top 20) or someone who has come through the industry route with excellent knowledge of FRS / IFRS and comfortable in a technical environment whilst also looking for a business-facing role with excellent senior level exposure.
