Job Description

  1. Be able to offer advice to a portfolio of existing clients
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities; getting involved in marketing strategies
  3. Build and nurture professional relationships across multiple sectors
  4. Conduct business development activities including networking, presentations, and client meetings
  5. Prepare proposals and tender documents
  6. Support the firm's strategic growth objectives
  7. Collaborate with technical teams to deliver comprehensive client solutions

The Successful Applicant

Essential Skills & Experience:

  1. Proven track record working for an accountancy practice
  2. Strong networking and interpersonal skills
  3. Excellent communication abilities
  4. Commercial awareness and strategic thinking
  5. Confident presenting to clients and senior stakeholders
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software, i.e. Iris.
  7. Accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA) or relevant professional qualification
