We’ll Look to You For:

  • Managing an Obsolescence Plan, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
  • Interfacing with certification stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
  • Developing work instructions and maintenance processes based on manuals and plans.
  • Monitoring train performance, analysing data, and proposing improvement actions.
  • Managing technical documentation and interfaces within MMIS (Maintenance Management Information System) systems.
  • Driving fleet reliability improvement plans, tracking KPIs, and implementing corrective measures.
  • Developing and maintaining Life Cycle Cost (LCC) models, including risk and savings analysis.
  • Conducting failure criticality studies, utilizing Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) methodologies to refine maintenance approaches.
  • Calculating material, parts, and time consumption for maintenance efficiency.
  • Supporting root cause analysis using industry-standard methodologies such as FRACAS, 8D, and PPS.
  • Leading engineering support for safety-related incidents, working closely with design authorities and OEMs.
  • Sharing global best practices, identifying opportunities for standardisation and improvement.
  • Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations in daily operations.

All about you:

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:
