Job Description

• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports.
• Coordinate with different departments to gather and analyse financial data.
• Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Ensure financial transactions are correctly recorded and documents are maintained for audit purposes.
• Contribute to the improvement of financial processes and systems.
• Help in liaising with external auditors and manage internal controls.
• Participate in ad-hoc finance projects as required.
• Comply with all company policies and regulations while carrying out tasks.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Co-Ordinator should have:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
