If you share our values and have a flair for creating impactful, engaging, and on-brand content, we’d love to have you join our team as Social Media Manager.

Position Overview:

As our Social Media Manager, you’ll take ownership of our entire social media strategy, using your creativity and expertise to elevate our brands. You’ll craft engaging content, manage multiple channels, and tell the stories of each of our concepts with passion and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hospitality in Action: Develop and maintain a warm, engaging tone of voice that captures the spirit of each brand and builds lasting connections with our audiences.
  • Integrity in Storytelling: Manage our social media channels with transparency, consistency, and professionalism. Uphold brand values while fostering authentic relationships with influencers, creators, and followers.
  • Excellence in Content Creation: Capture stunning photos and videos, curate innovative campaigns, and deliver trend-led content that resonates. Ensure all content reflects the high-quality experiences we offer at our venues.
  • Entrepreneurial Thinking: Identify emerging trends, explore new content opportunities, and proactively suggest viral marketing ideas to keep our brands ahead of the curve. Develop partnerships and collaborations that amplify our reach.
Your Expertise:

  • Experience in managing multiple social media channels, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven experience managing multiple brands with a keen eye for storytelling and aesthetics.
  • Strong photography and videography skills, with a portfolio showcasing your creativity.
  • Expertise in platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, with experience editing Reels, Stories, and TikToks.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Sprout Social, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign or Illustrator preferred).
