Engage Talent Partners are working exclusively with our client to source and recruit a Mechanical Technician, based in Aberdeen.

Our client is an expanding manufacturing company with a strong presence in oil and gas, nuclear, renewables and industrial sectors. This is an exciting period to join a growing business with ambitions to grow in coming years.

In this role you will report to the Workshop Manager and be responsible for the construction, assembly, and testing of products and services offered by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembly, disassembly, and testing of products.
• Primarily responsible for executing projects at client sites, which may require offshore or international travel based on project needs.
• Performing workshop tasks to support project execution.
• Handling received materials and maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Operation of company vehicles including van, truck, and forklift truck.
• To attend relevant company training courses to develop, maintain competency, and health and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant qualification and work experience in a similar position, be computer literate, and have excellent communication skills.
