Job Title: Property Manager (commercial)

Location: Dorking

Salary: £40,000 DOE

The Role

We are seeking a Property Manager to join the Commercial Property team at a property consultancy in their Dorking office.


The Company

This company is a well established property consultancy with a number of offices across Surrey and offers a range of services such as sales & lettings, town planning, block & estate management, acquisitions, lease & rent renewals, valuations and more. They operate in both commercial and residential properties.


The role will require:
  1. Be the primary point of contact for tenants
  2. Conduct tenant screening
  3. Oversee maintenance programs
  4. Management of service providers
  5. Conduct property inspections and detailed reports
  6. Organise and coordinate repairs and ensure all work is carried out to agreed standards
  7. Liaise with utility providers, landlords and tenants
  8. Manage property budgets
  9. Track and ensure the collection of rent and other payments are on time
  10. Produce financial reports
  11. Identify and implement cost saving options
  12. Manage lease information and record accordingly
  13. Enforce leased terms when and where appropriate

Desired Skills & Qualifications
  1. Commercial property management experience
  2. Strong knowledge of the local region
  3. Full UK driving license and own vehicle

Salary & Benefits
  1. £40,000 DOE
  2. Mon - Fri
  3. 9am - 5:30pm
