Key Responsibilities
Sales Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within the territory.
Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with current & prospective customers. Work closely with Key Opinion Leaders, Ambassadors and the Anthogyr Community.
Social Media Management: Effectively utilise social media for sales, networking, and brand awareness while managing responsibilities remotely.
Market Expansion: Identify new opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share.
Collaboration: Work closely across our other business units, to cross sell aligners and digital equipment.
Product Expertise: Provide knowledge and product demonstrations to educate clients on Anthogyr’s implant solutions & digital equipment.
Reporting & Analysis: Track sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity. Utilisation of CRM and IANOS software to enable identification & progress of customer interactions.
Trade Shows: Participate in trade shows and community events within the UK & Europe.
Candidate Profile
Proven experience in sales, preferably in dental, medical devices, or healthcare-related industries.
Strong negotiation and closing skills with a hunter mentality.
Ability to build relationships and influence key decision-makers.
Social Media Management: Ability to leverage social media platforms for sales, networking, and brand awareness.
Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet and exceed targets.
Competent to provide virtual online meetings & training.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications.
Ability to travel within the territory as required.
Requirements Needed
Valid UK drivers’ licence.
Previous experience or related experience in a sales excellence role within the dental industry.
