Role Description
This is an on-site role for a Management Trainee - Subject Leader located in London. The Management Trainee - Subject Leader will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of educational content, managing tutors, ensuring the quality of the curriculum, providing support to both tutors and students, and continuously improving student enrollments as well as retention. The role will also involve coordinating with senior management to develop and implement business development strategies.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Participating in the management of social media accounts for the respective department and year group, continuously attracting traffic.
- Designing and developing promotional events (e.g., trial classes, short-term courses, mock exams, competition candidate selections, community engagement activities, etc.) to promote timely and effective traffic conversion, achieving enrollment targets.
- Collaborating with course consultants to provide consultations for prospective clients (mostly online), converting traffic into regular users.
- Following up on after-class services, continuously collecting user feedback, and communicating with various departments to improve user experience and enhance user retention.
Job Requirements
- Passion for education.
- Bachelor's degree or above, with overseas study experience preferred.
- Strong learning ability, love for challenges, and pursuit of excellence.
- Solid foundation in mathematics (relevant academic background or math competition awards are a plus).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong sense of purpose and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with flexibility.
- Working hours: Tuesday to Friday (on-site) + Saturday or Sunday, with Monday off.
- Office location: Canary Wharf, East London.
