• As a sales-based role, you will be sourcing both your clients and candidates through networking, cold calling and building trusting relationships.
• You will negotiate deals with the client and conclude what percentage of commission you will receive
• You listen and understand what they are looking for as an employee and then you go and find them!
• This is done through advertisements, networking, and cold calling.
• You will undergo the interview process and hopefully place your candidate!

The Perfect Profile for this Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Degree from a top 50 university with a 2:1 or above
• Confident communication skills
• Able to build a relationship with most people
• Competitive – sports background or keen Monopoly player
• Financially driven – has goals and wants to achieve them
• Hard working – willing to put in the hours to see success
