We are currently looking to hire a Full-time Field Sales Representative to support our ongoing growth and development in the UK, Europe, and Asia. The role's main tasks will be sales, customer service, and support to existing clients.

This person will play an important role within the UK for Klättermusen. Our new Sales Representative will work closely with the Head of Sales Europe and the global sales team.

Responsibilities as our new Field Sales Representative:

1. Prepare and conduct sales presentations of products at Trade Fairs, in-house and/or virtual sell-in meetings.
2. Represent a fast-growing outdoor brand at all times.
3. Identify and engage with potential new customers in the UK.
4. Weekly and monthly reporting of activity and sales figures.
5. Learn and apply new product knowledge to enhance sales and personal professionalism.
6. Support our Head of Sales Europe.
7. Travel (80%) to visit customers across the UK.
8. Consistent performance and professionalism on a sales level.
9. Planning sales seasons and strategies.
10. Meeting and exceeding sales goals.
11. Wholesale customer support and service.

Qualifications to be considered as a new Field Sales Representative:

1. Min. 1 year of experience in (specialist) field sales, preferably in the outdoor, skiing, technical, accessory or sports sector.
2. Excellent customer service and a feel for how to create exceptional customer experiences.
3. Passion for the outdoors - hiking, skiing, mountaineering, etc.
4. Energetic, with a positive attitude and predisposition to improving themselves and others.
5. Good knowledge within MS Excel.
6. Strong verbal and written professional communication skills, in both English and German.
7. An ability to operate efficiently and autonomously.
8. Strong discipline, well-structured, and an ability to organise.
